Welcome to Maga Tours and Transfer. By booking a tour, transfer, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you fully understand the services and policies associated with your booking.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or by phone. Once confirmed, bookings are subject to availability.
  • Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your tour or transfer, including the date, time, and meeting point.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
  • No Shows: Failure to show up for the tour or transfer will result in no refund.
  • Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, if we need to cancel your tour or transfer due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your booking, we will try to accommodate you, subject to availability. Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity.
  • Additional Fees: In some cases, changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

4. Safety and Behavior

  • Safety Guidelines: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the tour without refund.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol may be served during tours, but we ask that you drink responsibly. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any guests found violating this policy will be asked to leave the tour immediately without a refund.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions during the tour or transfer. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to your negligence or actions.

5. Liability and Limitations

  • Liability: We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your tour or transfer. We will make every effort to ensure your safety, but you participate at your own risk.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Data: We collect personal information to process your booking and provide you with the best service. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide services related to your booking (e.g., transfers or tour providers).
  • Data Protection: Your personal information is stored securely, and we take all necessary precautions to protect it from unauthorized access.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you of significant updates if you have an active booking.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Dominican Republic.
