1. Refund Policy
- Tours and Transfers:
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
- No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour or transfer, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If a tour or transfer is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or a rebooking option at no extra charge.
2. Return Policy
As services are rendered on-site and are time-sensitive, we do not offer returns for tours or transfers. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your activity based on availability if you need to adjust your plans.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during booking. Once approved, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Refunds for Unused Services
If you paid for a tour or transfer but did not use the service (for reasons such as illness or personal emergencies), we may offer a partial refund or rebooking, subject to availability and our discretion. Requests for unused services must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
